We rocked the house and raised the roof!

We couldn't have done it without the army of volunteers - 200 plus that helped raise awareness for the Rondald McDonald House of Southern Alberta.
Congratulations to all 800 - that walked or ran in the 1k, 5k or 10k. It was my second year as the MC / participant and I'm thrilled to have played my part in making it happen.
The route was full of local musicans and music was definately a focus as we ran around the Universtiy of Calgary.
Thanks to our street team that was there handing out 97.7 Calgary FM mugs.
Erika, Tayla and Beesley ( the ugly mug on the right )
In my second year running the 5K I ran a personal best 30 minutes and 97.7 seconds
I ran with the likes of Toni Spolotini (Spolumbos) and his Cowboys Football players and
Women's Hockey Gold Medalist Cassie Campbell. But my greatest triumph I managed to beat the clown "Ronald McDonald" by 2 minutes -

ok I had a bit of advanatage he wore big red clown shoes!
special thanks to photographer W. Gee
