Oasis have announced details of their first tour dates in 2008. 

Including a Hot August Night in Calgary - Saturday Aug. 30th 

The Manchester rockers will play a short run of Canadian and US gigs in August 

before headlining at the Virgin Festival Toronto on September 7.

After finishing the recording of their seventh studio album, 

the band will play their first gig in two years at Seattle's WaMu Theater on August 26. 

The tour will also visit Vancouver, Edmonton and Calgary.

Tickets  go on sale Friday April 4th @ 10 a.m.

Ryan Adams and the Cardinals will support the (What's The Story) Morning Glory?group on the summer dates.

A series of UK and Europe shows promoting the new LP are expected to be announced soon.
